Refund policy

At Modern Rishie, all products are made-to-order (made-to-order), so we follow a limited but fair return policy.

Eligible for Return/Refund:

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged or defective product received

• Major print quality issue (misprint, faded print, wrong design)

Not Eligible:

• Wrong size ordered by customer (please check our size chart before ordering)

• Change of mind after purchase

• Products that are washed, worn, or altered

How to Request:

Email us at [ support@modernrishie.in] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the issue. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days.

Refund Process:

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
